Description
This is an inpatient Hematology/Oncology Adult Acute Care NP position.This position plays an essential role in delivering high-quality care to a vulnerable and complex patient population receiving CAR-T cell therapy.
Salary range:
NP2 : $89.06-127.19/hourly
NP1 (less than 6 months exp): 80.34/hourly
Qualifications
- CA RN and CA NP License- required
- MSN/ DNP in NP Specialty -required (Adult Acute CareNP Specialty)
- National Certification in NP Specialty-required
- BLS certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association- required
- NP, State of CA NP Furnishing with Schedule II, Additional: NPI #, DEA #, Enrollment in PECOS, Enrollment in CURES-required
- Hem/Onc NP experience- strongly preferred
- NP experience preferred but will consider new grad NPs with relevant hem/onc experience
- NP1 : less than 6 months exp ($80.34/hourly)
- Ability to utilize excel, word and other software programs -required
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and collaborative working relationships with administrative, clinical and academic personnel -required
- Skill in working independently and following through with minimum direction -required
- Ability to set priorities -required
- Demonstrate writing skills to compose logical, detailed and grammatically correct correspondence -required
- Document patient care in a concise and comprehensive manner -required
