Finance BI Specialist - Executive Management - Decision Support - FT Days

Position Summary:

Incumbentrequires strongfinancial and operationalanalytical skills, proficiency inenterprisedata management, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.This position requires advanced expertise in Oracle Cloud,Oracle ERP/EPM/PBCS/SmartviewandEnterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), Power BI, and Stratato streamline financial processes and ensure data accuracyin the delivery of reporting and analysis.Asolidunderstanding of financial analysis techniquessuch as cash flow and depreciation forecasting, net present valuecalculations.Responsibilities include delivering actionable insights through data-driven recommendations, building financialreport, and developing dashboards that enhance visibility into performance metricsacross the UC Irvine academic health system

Required Qualifications:

Ability toestablishand maintain effective working relationships across the Health System

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities andmaintaina work paceappropriate tothe workload.

Mustdemonstratecustomer service skillsappropriate tothe job.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong customer service orientation.

Advanced experience with MS Office Suite(Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint)

Hands-on experiencedeveloping Power BI dashboards,SQLandexpertisein Oracle Cloud,Smartview,EPPM/PBCS, ERP, and EDW systems.

Experience in data visualization and report automation.

Strong analytical and data management skills.

Proficiencyin budgeting systems and capital planning tools.

Knowledge of compliance standards and audit requirements.

Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience

5 years ofbudgeting,analytical and data management experience.

Mustdemonstratehigh level analytical skills withfocuson business analysis and secondary focus on systems analysis.

Mustpossessthe skill,knowledge,and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties.
