Your Role on the Team
Position Summary:
The Biller II is an entry level collection position performing routine patient accounting functions such as updating patient demographics, insurance information, verification of insurance eligibility, and various activities in support of the Commercial Insurance collection team. The Biller II will also perform related clerical functions, filing/updating/submission of source documents via on-line insurance portal or mail, compiling insurance dispute packages for submission to the health plans or compliance agencies, confirmation of receipt of submitted documents, review of explanation of benefit, scanning, and other duties as assigned.
