You are a compassionate, organized Veterinary Client Service Representative or Veterinary Receptionist with front desk experience in a busy animal hospital, specialty hospital, emergency setting, or high-volume client service environment. You are confident managing appointment scheduling, multi-line phones, check-in and check-out, payment processing, client communication, and practice management software while helping clients feel supported during each visit.

Veterinary Client Service Representative / Veterinary Receptionist

Full-time schedule:
- Evening shift: Sunday-Wednesday, 2pm-12am or 3pm-1am. Shift differential is available for night and weekend shifts.
- Day shift:4 day, 10 hour shift, with shifts scheduled from 6a-4pm, 7a-5pm, or 8a-6p. Saturday availability is required. Shift differential available for weekend shift.
About You

Your Experience & Skills
The ideal candidate:
- Brings a friendly, empathetic approach to client interactions
- Can remain calm, compassionate, and organized while managing phones, client questions, scheduling needs, and front desk responsibilities
- Works well as part of a collaborative hospital team
- Provides exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Has experience scheduling appointments, managing client flow, or coordinating calendars in a veterinary, medical, or high-volume service environment
- Previous veterinary experience is highly preferred
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Is available to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Welcome clients and patients promptly with a friendly, professional approach
- Check in patients efficiently and help guide clients through the visit process
- Schedule appointments, manage client flow, and support front desk coordination
- Answer and route incoming calls while supporting client questions, appointment needs, and hospital communication
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and waiting area
- Process payments, handle cash accurately, and balance client accounts
- Update client and patient files, document communications, and maintain clear records in the practice management system
