Full-time: Sunday-Wednesday 2pm-12am. Shiftdifferential available for night and weekend shifts.
Compensation is negotiable based on experience and credentials, with an expected starting range of$17 – $19 / hour. The final pay will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

You are a compassionate and organized Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR)/Veterinary Receptionist with strong customer service, front desk, and client communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced veterinary hospital. You’re comfortable managing appointment scheduling, multi-line phones, check in/check out, payment processing, and practice management software while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Your Experience & Skills
The ideal candidate:
- Is friendly and able to demonstrate empathy withclients
- Able to remain calm and compassionate while carrying on a multitude of other tasks
- Works well on a team
- Has exceptional customer service skills
- Previous experience with patient scheduling preferred
- Previous veterinary experience preferred
- Bilingual abilities a plus
- Weekends and holidays may be required
- Greet patients in a prompt and friendly manner
- Checking in patients in a timely fashion
- Schedule appointments
- Receive all incoming calls with a calm, pleasant, professional demeanor
- Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of waiting room and reception area
- Payment processing and cash handling, and account balancing
- Accurately update client files and document communications
