What are the responsibilities and job description for the PGR Hub Assistant position at University of Bristol - School of Physiology, Pharmacology and Neuroscience?
The role
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic assistant to provide administrative and performance monitoring support for the operation of the Postgraduate Researcher (PGR) Hub — a dedicated, cross-disciplinary space for postgraduate research students located on level 2 of Senate House.
What will you be doing?
Working with other members of the Bristol Doctoral College you will ensure the smooth operation of the PGR Hub, managing the Hub calendar of events, dealing with booking requests and liaising with the other student services in Senate House. In addition you will collate usage data and set up furniture in preparation for the delivery of Personal and Professional Development and other PGR community events.

If you can deliver an excellent front of house service to users of the Hub, can work independently whilst managing your own workload, are enthusiastic about postgraduate research at the University and have good data handling skills.

Salary: £24,685 - £26,093 per annum pro rata
