Responsibilities
- Run our social media day to day and help plan and run paid campaigns.
- Review and polish long-form videos and academic lecture series.
- Handle Substack/email newsletters.
- Solicit and review content from UATX students, faculty, staff, and high-profile guests.
- Keep UATX's website current and clean: update content, edit pages, catch problems, and help coordinate bigger projects with designers or developers.
- Write and edit our digital content and reference materials—fact sheets, talking points, prep documents, etc.
- Coordinate photo and video shoots, and strategize on what we should produce.
- Work with outside vendors and partners, keeping projects on time and on budget.
- Strong writing and editing, with a sharp eye for accuracy, a feel for how we sound, and a clear understanding of why we exist.
- Experience running digital channels, and the willingness to learn new ones.
- Great organizational skills, and the ability to juggle a lot at once.
- Someone who works well with others and can move a project forward without being told how.
