Summary of Job Duties:
Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as filter changes, Assist with moving furniture, setting up rooms, and supporting campus events or seasonal changeovers, Follow all safety procedures, university policies, and departmental guidelines while performing assigned tasks, Power wash sidewalks, Clean Utility Rooms and Ventilation grilles, Perform other related duties as assigned to support operations and maintenance needs.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
