Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree PLUS Successful completion of an approved Nuclear Medicine Program
Certified as Nuclear Medicine Technologist (ARRT and/or NMTCB)
Must obtain the Arkansas Radiologic Technologist License before the start date
CT Advanced Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or NMTCB must be obtained within 12 months of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nuclear Medicine
One (1) year of Nuclear Medicine Experience

Responsibilities:
Interacts with patients and family members throughout the procedure and treatment process.
Enters patient information into the database and uses a digital ordering system to order procedure isotopes.
Communicates with patients, coworkers, and physicians through written and verbal communication.
Participates in continuing education programs and completes training for new procedures as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
Medium Work | Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
The employee is required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned (i.e., custodial, general laborer, lab personnel, etc.) or to make general observations of facilities or structures (i.e., security guard).
The employee is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (such as in typical office or administrative work).
Constant physical activities: Hearing; Manipulating things with fingers (i.e. keyboards)
Frequent physical activities: Feeling; Lifting; Pulling; Pushing; Reaching; Sharps; Sitting; Standing; Talking; Walking
