Required Education and/or Experience:
- Valid "Class A" Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record;
- The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma;
- Proven experience driving a commercial vehicle.
Preferred Education and/or Experience:
- Experience with large trucks or specialty vehicles;
- Two or more years of experience in a delivery-based business;
- Experience with loading and delivering grocery products.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate a mobile grocery store vehicle to deliver groceries to designated locations;
- Ensure the safety and proper functioning of the vehicle by conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections;
- Safely transport groceries, maintain cleanliness, and pick up products from vendors as necessary;
- Provide outstanding customer service to build positive relationships with regular customers;
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and vehicle safety standards;
- Follow traffic laws and safety policies at all times while driving;
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely on-site setup and stock replenishment;
- Report any issues with the vehicle promptly;
- Schedule regular maintenance and repairs;
- Coordinate with staff to plan and manage the schedule and routes for the mobile grocery store to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong leadership and team management skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
- Ability to bend, stoop, and move products in and out of the vehicle;
- Flexibility with some evenings and weekends as required based on the mobile grocery store's operating schedule.
