*Program Oversight: Assist the Program Director in the overall management and administration of the Arkansas APEX Accelerator program, ensuring that objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.
*Coordination: Coordinate with various stakeholders, including federal, state, and local government agencies, prime contractors, economic development agencies, small business support organizations, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
*Project Management: Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of the program. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
*Compliance: Ensure all program activities comply with federal and state regulations, policies, and procedures. Monitor compliance and address any issues or discrepancies.
*Reporting: Prepare and present regular program status reports, including progress updates, financial reports, and risk assessments, to senior management and stakeholders.
*Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues affecting the program and develop strategies for mitigation. Implement risk management plans and monitor their effectiveness.
*Budget Management: Assist in the development and management of program budgets. Monitor expenditures, track financial performance, and ensure cost control.
*Team Leadership: Support and mentor program staff. Facilitate team meetings, resolve conflicts, and promote a collaborative work environment.
*Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation related to program activities, including contracts, reports, and correspondence.Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, project management, or a related field plus 3 years of relevant professional experience is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least one year of supervisory experience is preferred.
- Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or other relevant certifications preferred.
