The School of Education at the University of Alaska Southeast is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to provide part-time temporary clerical support while a staff member is on leave. This position will provide general office and clerical support along with organizing, sorting and shredding outdated records.

To thrive in this role, you'll be organized, reliable, able to work independently, and willing to jump in wherever needed. You're comfortable working through detailed tasks and understand the importance of handling information with care and confidentiality. Experience working with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms) is helpful, and you bring strong communication and customer service skills to support a small office environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Position Details:

This position is located on the University of Alaska Southeast campus in Juneau. This is a part-time, non-exempt temporary staff position. The position is up to 20 hours per week, at least through the end of June, with a flexible schedule that must fall within regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM). New hires will be placed on the UA Temporary Staff Salary Schedule, Grade 77, based on education and experience.
