• Drive support from alumni scholarship funding to create a "living endowment" for ANSEP.
• Work across various ANSEP units to seek philanthropic, federal, state, and private support.
• Promote college readiness by establishing early inspiration, guidance, and opportunities for students.
• Create and support ANSEP components and internships for intense preparation for university and industry involvement.
• Build a welcoming environment at the University of Alaska.
• Infuse values of community, commitment, and collaboration in all elements of the program.
Requirements
• Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience in educational or cultural enrichment programs, especially working with Alaska Native students or potential students.
• Proven record of raising funds from private, corporate, federal, state, and/or local entities.
