Program Manager

UAB Temporary Services is seeking a Program Manager to work under general supervision, coordinates administrative, personnel and logistical support for the AHEC program. Carries out established program objectives and directives. Determines the best approach to accomplish assignments. Communicates, using a variety of media, with internal and external constituencies. Will assist with fiscal duties, data management, scheduling and event planning. May assist with grant and contract preparation and submission. May handle data management.

1. Leads and manages the ongoing development and maintenance of the program. Manages all data related activities to support the evaluation and implementation of the program according to an
established project plan.
2. Develops protocols and procedures to standardize all data monitoring and reporting efforts related
to the program and makes recommendations on changes and objectives.
3. Manages and leads all quality assurance and data/project reporting functions of the data team.
Directs and leads the activities of data team members to support the successful implementation of
the specific activities.
4. Develops and manages timelines to ensure compliance requirements and recommendations
throughout the funded time periods for each project. Recommends alterations to procedures as

Hourly Rate: $22-$25

Bachelor's degree in a related field and three (3) years of related experience required. Work experience
may NOT substitute for education requirement.
