- Receives requests for maintenance, building services, grounds, in-house construction, planning, design and construction work via telephone and work order request documents for dispatch to Facilities Division.
- Operates computerized paging system to contact personnel within Facilities Division.
- Make equipment additions, deletions and changes to PM System and sorts and distributes PM work orders to the appropriate maintenance zones. Reviews PM work orders and makes necessary corrections prior to processing.
- Establishes and updates files of significant equipment failures and monitors files to ensure appropriate reporting, analysis and corrective action.
- Responds to and redirects departmental phone calls.
- Pages fire department, police department, elevator company or other outside entities when an emergency arises.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or GED and two (2) years of related experience required.
- Ability to type thirty (30) WPM required.

- Starting Hourly Range: $15.00 – $19.23 hourly (commensurate with experience and qualifications).
