About the position
The Clinical Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing employees and delegating work tasks throughout the department to ensure that these tasks are completed properly and in a timely manner. Focus on physician, staff, and patient satisfaction and engagement.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience in ambulatory care with 3 years in a lead/supervisory role. American Heart Association Basic Life Support.
Preferred candidates will have a Master’s in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, MBA, or MSN, with EMR (Epic) superuser and advanced Excel and office suite product line experience.
RN candidates must have BSN and current RN license.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Think critically and communicate effectively. Be able to motivate ad give directions; creative and resourceful. Must possess effective communication and guest service skills. Computer knowledge/ skills required.
