Job Summary:
Provides support to organizational strategic systems, planning frameworks, and enterprise initiatives with a focus on projection, modeling, and scenario analysis. Serves as a technical expert in forecasting methodologies and strategic data interpretation. Contributes to service line and initiative development; designs, builds, and presents data-informed projections that guide long-term planning. Serves as an inter-departmental liaison to ensure alignment of strategic priorities, forecast assumptions, and organizational readiness across hospital district entities.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Work Experience:
Three years of related work experience in financial services, forecasting, data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role. Healthcare experience preferred but not required.
License/Registration/Certification:
None
Education and Training:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of forecasting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or SQL).
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and identify patterns related to volume, growth, or utilization.
- Excellent business and system analysis skills. Ability to translate user requirements into applicable systems and processes that exceed end-user expectations.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative reasoning skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to summarize technical findings for leadership.
- Collaborative and consultative working style; comfortable interfacing across Strategy, Operations, and Finance.
