Job Description:
Under the supervision of the Gift Shop Supervisor, performs customer reception and sales duties and is responsible for providing exceptional customer service via telephone calls and in store customers and supporting the highest level of customer service for patients, staff and visitors. Promotes positive public relations both in person and on the telephone.
Required Skills:
1. Effective oral and written communication skills.
2. Ability to interact and communicate with people over the telephone and/or in person.
3. Effective interpersonal relationship skills.
4. Knowledge of English grammar, punctuation and spelling. Ability to read and comprehend English at a level necessary to follow written and oral instructions and safety precautions.
5. Bilingual proffered (English/Spanish).
6. Knowledge of basic computer skills.
Required Experience:
A. Work Experience
One year retail experience. Must be trustworthy (key holder), on time, dedicated and reliable. Must have a friendly personality and the ability to work some nights and weekend days.

High School Diploma or equivalent.
