Job Description:
Responsible for providing support to software systems. Participate in the evaluation, development, and support of new or existing systems. Serves as an inter-departmental liaison to ensure effective and efficient utilization of systems. Assist with the coordination of the activities of the Configuration Team.
Required Skills:
1. Strong written and oral communication skills.
2. Proficient in operation of computerized applications.
3. Strong technical skills in a wide variety of hardware, software, and operating systems.
4. Strong functional and detailed analysis skills with process oriented focus are required.
5. Proficient in creative problem solving and excellent analytical skills.
Required Experience:
Work Experience:
Two years of experience in supporting software systems with special emphasis in departmental relations, project planning, and communication techniques. Must have experience in managing and supporting software related projects to include interacting with stakeholders, scope analysis, testing, documentation, and change management. Experience in utilizing Software Development Life Cycle.
Education and Training:
Bachelor degree in Information Systems or related field with extensive training in information systems.
