The Practice Revenue Cycle Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of professional revenue cycle functions within the physician enterprise. This position manages front-end, mid-cycle, and back-end revenue cycle processes to ensure optimal reimbursement, regulatory compliance, and financial performance. The Revenue Cycle Manager supports the Director of Revenue Cycle in driving improvements in net collection rate, denial management, accounts receivable (A/R) performance, charge capture accuracy, and overall revenue integrity across multi-specialty practices.
Minimum Job Requirements
Work Experience
Five years of progressive experience in full revenue cycle operations required, including patient access, charge capture coding, billing, collections and A/R management required.
License/Registration/Certification
Three years of management experience required.

Education and Training
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, finance, or related field required. Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
