Summary

Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining the automated and manual perpetual inventory systems. Process information, maintains high levels of data integrity and accuracy. Assists the Management in maintaining the Materials Systems, Information Management Systems, Inventory Systems and Doctor Preference Card System. Assists with supply management responsibilities.

Skills

• Proficient in data entry and processing practices, procedures and guidelines.
• Experience in Excel and Word. Access, Crystal and report writing a plus.
• Effective oral land written communication skills.
• Excellent service related skills. Ability to maintain high degree of customer service.
• Ability to work under pressure with time constraints.
• Possesses effective interpersonal relationship skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend English at a level necessary to follow written and oral instructions and safety precautions.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
  
  

Work Experience

Two years of experience with systems or computer applications in a fast-paced supply handling, requisition or ordering environment is required, preferably in a Perioperative setting.

License/Registration/Certification

None required.

Education and Training

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
