Job Description: The UofL Health – Frazier Rehab Institute Center for Advanced NeuroRehab provides comprehensive neurological rehab services to patients with all types of neurological injuries or illnesses, including brain injury, spinal cord injury, strokes/aneurysms, and other neurological disorders. The Center for Advanced NeuroRehab offers innovative treatment using state-of-the-art technologies designed to maximize functional recovery and independence. The Physical Therapist will provide quality care to patients/clients who have impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, or changes in physical function and health status related to a chronic bleeding disorder. Additional Job Description: Education / Accreditation / Licensure (required & preferred): • BS/MS/DPT degree in physical therapy required. • DPT degree preferred. • Valid PT License Kentucky State Board of Physical Therapy Certification • CPR, BLS through the American Heart Association. Experience (required and preferred): • Experience in physical therapy preferred for outpatient positions. • Acute care physical therapy experience required for acute care positions.
