What are the responsibilities and job description for the Atlanta Public Schools TutorEd-ELA, Social Studies, Math & Science position at UNIVERSITY INSTRUCTORS LLC?
PCG-UI is currently seeking tutors to join our team! You will educate students in English, Social Studies, Math, and/or Science in Atlanta Public Schools.
These part-time/temporary positions will run through the end of the school year.
Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hour
Schedule: Varied Based On Placement, Weekdays Part Time Between 7:30 A.M. & 3:30 P.M.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and educate students in a classroom setting
- Adhere to established teaching curriculum
- Maintain positive relationships with students and parents
- Document and share student grades and evaluations
- Maintain the health and safety of all students
- Minimum of an Bachelors Degree
- Previous experience in teaching/tutoring or other educational fields
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to build rapport with students
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
Salary : $18 - $20
