Description:
The University of Houston-Clear Lake Department of Mathematical, Applied, and Physical Sciences seeks a Lecturer for its Chemistry Program to teach Organic and General Chemistry courses, including corresponding labs. This is a visiting position for the Spring 2026 semester only. Review of applicants will begin immediately and will continue until the position is filled.
Duties:
- Teach four regular course equivalents at freshman and sophomore level
- Teach Organic and General Chemistry and associated lab courses
Qualifications:
Required:
- Master of Science in Chemistry
Preferred:
- Ph.D. in Chemistry
- Candidates with teaching experience at the college level are preferred.
