Job Description:

About the Position:
This is a full-time position that involves working Monday through Friday, with rotating weekends. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to provide comprehensive care to patients and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform patient assessment and assign diagnosis based on recorded assessment data and current scientific research
- Establish plan of care and implement interventions in accordance with care paths, protocols, and standards of care
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to provide comprehensive care to patients and families
- Order and perform routine diagnostic procedures
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Monitor the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions
- Contribute to the educational development of staff, patients, family, and self
Requirements:
- Demonstrated competence as a practitioner
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- A variety of technical patient care devices specific to the clinical area
- Computers and selected office equipment
- Nurse Practitioner: Nursing Doctorate or Master of Science in Nursing with emphasis on clinical practice
- Physician Assistant: Completion of a formal Physician Assistant training from an accredited program with NCCPA certification
- BLS required; ACLS preferred
- Current Registered Nurse license to practice in Ohio
- Current APRN license to practice in Ohio (for Nurse Practitioners)
- NCCPA-Certified (for Physician Assistants)
- DEA license
