Current Clinic Provider Openings (West Locations): Westlake, Amherst and Avon, North Ridgeville, Parma

We offer: -Full-time benefits at just 30 hours per week

-Clinic Hours, Mon-Sun (8am-8pm), No Nights

Minimum Qualifications:

• Physicians Board Certified in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine (Required)
• Advanced degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner (MUST be FNP only) or Physician Assistant program of study
• 1-2 years of Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care or Primary Care (Preferred)
• Unfortunately, we are NOT hiring new graduates at this time
• APP’s – PT & FT Opportunities, required minimum 24 hours per week
• Physicians – PT/FT Opportunities
