Registered Nurse - Outpatient Cardiovascular

A Brief Overview
Start time between 7am to 8:30am until last patient leaves, rotate who stays late, work 4 Saturdays per year.

Will float to Cleveland, Euclid, Mentor, Chagrin, Twinsburg, Broadview, Westlake, and rarely Medina based on needs of department mainly to cover vacations or call offs.  The manager tries to keep people close to home.

You will triage patients, support physician clinics, prep patients, review charts, meds, my chart tasks, help in clinics doing wound care.

You may work in stress testing, transesophageal echoes, LDL dialysis, vein stripping, or in the Coumadin Clinic doing anticoagulation testing and follow up.

Provides safe efficient age specific nursing care to patients/families using the nursing process in order to assist them to attain, maintain, regain, and sustain optimal health status.

• Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients. Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.
