DescriptionA Brief Overview
Independently responsible for the overall set-up and updating of Periodic Area Replenishment (PAR) standards throughout assigned areas of the hospital.
What You Will Do- Primarily responsible for working with the end-users at all levels of the organization to properly structure PAR areas. Troubleshoot and resolve all PAR related issues.
- Analyze data and make PAR recommendations based upon utilization reports and department metrics.
- Oversees the pullback and proper handling of any items that have been deleted, recalled or decreased on the PAR standards. Educates end-users as appropriate.
- Responsible for building and maintaining Excel spreadsheets for tracking purposes and analysis. (Currently handling over 35,000 items).
- Performs other related duties as required.

- Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients. Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.
