DescriptionWhat You Will Do
- Provides strategic and operational support to the department. Leads information development and management, supporting key strategic and operational initiatives, including marketing, all retail, contact lens and retina service line.
- Assists in planning and development, focusing on industry research, best practices and industry trends. Develops relationships with key stakeholders in planning. Direct participation and oversight of projects.
- Focusing on building infrastructure including standard reporting, and practices. Working on assigned projects aimed to improve operations.
- Operations Analyst on all key indicator data, benchmarking, and related measures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.

- Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients. Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.
Salary : $51,085 - $79,893
