Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
- Help with mobility and transferring clients safely within their home.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being.
- Assist with household tasks such as meal preparation, light cleaning, and laundry.
- Monitor clients’ health and report any changes
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and follow care plans as directed.
- Ensure client safety and uphold confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and team members.
- Reliable transportation to and from clients’ homes.
- Ability to pass background checks
- Physical capability to assist clients with mobility and daily tasks.
