As a Physical Therapist, you'll create customized treatment plans, work with an awesome healthcare team, and guide patients of all ages through their journey to recovery. You'll bring your skills, energy, and compassion to every patient you work with!
What You’ll Do
- Create Treatment Plans: Develop and implement treatment programs tailored to each patient’s needs.
- Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with doctors, families, and rehab staff to make sure everyone’s on the same page.
- Teach & Inspire: Share your PT expertise with colleagues and students to help them grow and learn.
- Keep Things Running Smoothly: Ensure your therapy space is safe, clean, and fully stocked with the right equipment.
- Make Things Better: Get involved in performance improvement initiatives to enhance care for everyone.
- Keep Learning: Stay on top of the latest trends in physical therapy to continually grow in your role.
- A degree in Physical Therapy and a Missouri PT license
- Great communication skills and a love for helping others
- The ability to lift up to 50 pounds with proper body mechanics
- BCLS certification
