Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily store activities, customer service, and inventory management during your shift
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members through effective training, coaching, and performance feedback
- Manage cash handling procedures, POS transactions, and ensure accurate cashiering processes
- Oversee stock replenishment and inventory control to optimize product availability and presentation
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels
- Monitor store safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
Requirements
- Proven 1 year experience as a Shift Leader or Manager, team management experience preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience with employee training & development
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with excellent organizational skills and time management
- Be able to pick up on duties quickly.
- Endure 2 weeks of crew training before beginning Shift Lead training.
- Report to the General Manager with tasks outside the scope of practice.
- Retain operational rules and apply them to tasks.
- Exhibit stellar customer service.
- Display organizational skills and time management
- Have open availability or availability after 4pm.
