Duties
- Prep desserts with attention to detail and presentation standards
- Interact intently with customers providing support when necessary
- Handle dessert preparation tasks including chopping, mixing, measuring, and portioning ingredients efficiently
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all stages of food handling and production
- Packaging finished products for Carry out orders or catering purposes while ensuring quality control
- Support kitchen operations during busy periods by managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with team members to uphold food safety management protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service
- Must obtain a ServSafe certification that will be reimbursed
- Experience working in high-volume kitchens or catering environments is preferred
- Familiarity with food safety standards and food safety management practices
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items safely, and work efficiently under pressure
