Primary Purpose of Position
Help recruit top level student-athletes to represent Charlotte Women’s Soccer on and off the field. Manage and oversee individual development programs for each student-athlete. Monitor student-athlete academic progress.
Summary Of Position Responsibilities
Coach student athletes in the game of women’s soccer. Monitor student athlete academic progress.
Minimum Education/Experience
Undergraduate degree and previous playing/coaching experience
Preferred Education, Knowledge, Skills And Experience
Experience coaching at the Division I level in women’s soccer. USSF B License and/or UEFA B license or higher.
