We are looking for a dynamic leader who can take on the primary role of Used Car Manager and lead the overall sales of the dealership as GSM. You must have documented hands on experiencerunning a high volume Used Department, as well as a background that demonstrates you can generate successful results as a GSM. An honest mastery of digital marketing, and Internet management, is a critical requirement.
The right candidate will have high level experience managing large used and new inventories with a high turn rate, as well as outstanding buying and appraising skills. They will be able to teach other managers advanced leaderships skills in, organization, prioritization, desking, follow-up, and appointment setting. The ideal candidate will have experience developing a positive high-volume sales staff, that generates exceptional CSI. We are looking for a leader who does not sit and tell people what to do, but who moves, builds confidence, and leads by example.

Responsibilities:
- Manage used & new vehicle inventories and marketing strategies.
- Oversee all appraisals, trade-ins, and purchased vehicles from multiple sources.
- Stay on top of inventory control for both new and used.
- Work closely with the sales team to maximize sales opportunities and profitability.
- Coach, train, and develop sales consultants, and management staff, to achieve next level and benchmark performance.
- Monitor inventory turn, aging, and departmental performance.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on accountability, customer satisfaction, and integrity.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a high volume Used Car Manager, GSM, or similar dealership leadership role.
- Strong appraisal, digital merchandising, and inventory management skills.
- Proven positive hands-on leadership and team development experience.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
