General Job Summary
Responsible for assisting with reporting and reconciling all Government-Sponsored Enterprise (GSE) portfolios (such as FHLB, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Ginnie Mae), private portfolio monthly reconciliations, loan sale transfers, along with providing support and backup for all other department reporting and reconciliations.
Summary of Essential Job Functions
- Report loan level activity to GSE agencies daily.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reconciliations for GSE portfolios.
- Provide support for completing Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae reporting and reconciliations.
- Complete the transfer of new GSE loan sales by clients to proper portfolios.
- Provide back-up support for other department functions as needed.
Other Job Functions
- All other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Education, Training and Work Experience
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in accounting field desired.
- Previous experience in the mortgage banking industry desired.
- Previous experience using MSP(Black Knight) desired.
- Previous experience with GSE investor reporting desired.

- Complete all assigned training in a timely manner.

Working Environment
Primary working environment is within an indoor climate-controlled office space and/or a private home office or some combination which will be at management’s sole discretion. Employee may be subject to florescent lighting, dust, and other normal indoor allergens. Employee may work in close proximity of coworkers and occasionally independently in quiet environments.
Physical Requirements
- Able to lift up to 20 pounds.
- Extended periods of sitting (at computer desk).
- Complete repetitive tasks (including operation of computer mouse/keyboard).
