Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Cashier/Sales professional to join our team. Duties

• Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with their purchases.
• Perform stock management duties, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
• Supervise junior staff members during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct product demonstrations to promote sales and enhance customer knowledge of products.
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Process returns and exchanges according to store policies.

Skills

• Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register or POS system.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
• Experience in sales, with a focus on upselling and product promotion.
• Ability to supervise and mentor team members in a retail environment.
