- Managing the procurement inventory, receiving, and distribution of clinical supplies, instruments, and equipment to support patient care and educational activities across all units.
- Maintaining accurate purchasing, inventory, reconciliation, and quality control records to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
- Supporting students, residents, faculty, and staff by coordinating clinical, preclinical, and dental lab supply needs and resolving ordering issues.
- Coordinating vendor relationships, including order placement, delivery tracking, laboratory work orders, and billing inquiries.
- Providing operational and administrative support through training activities, meetings, process improvement recommendations, and other duties as assigned.
