Duties And Responsibilities Will Include
- Manage the Medical Records line, handle voicemails, and log/send records requests; duplicate, send, and scan records as needed; direct to website as appropriate.
- Communicate with outside agencies and internal departments.
- Monitor internal emergency phone line, respond promptly, assess caller needs and transfer to the appropriate department.
- Provide backup support for staff and assist departments such as Admissions, Billing, Welcome Center, Medical Records, and Prior Authorization as needed.
- Additional responsibilities assigned by management or senior leadership to support Clinical Affairs operations.
