We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician (Physiatrist) to join our growing team of healthcare professionals.
Position Summary:
As a PM&R Physician, you will diagnose and manage a wide range of neuromuscular and musculoskeletal conditions, coordinate rehabilitation services, and develop individualized treatment plans to optimize patients' functional outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient rehabilitation services
- Conduct physical exams and diagnostic evaluations
- Develop and manage individualized care plans focused on functional recovery
- Perform joint injections under fluoroscopy, RF ablations, Spine Stimulation trials and other procedures as applicable
- Participate in quality improvement, teaching, or research initiatives when desired
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
- Valid medical license (or eligibility) in New York
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills
