Role Description The Assistant Training Program Administrator, Anesthesiology, is a full-time, on-site role based in Buffalo, NY. This position supports the day-to-day operations of anesthesiology training programs, including residency and fellowship programs. Responsibilities include coordinating trainee schedules, maintaining records and databases, organizing orientation and educational activities, and assisting with accreditation and compliance documentation. The role involves regular communication with trainees, faculty, and institutional offices to address inquiries, support onboarding, and ensure timely completion of required forms and evaluations. The Assistant Training Program Administrator also helps prepare reports, manages routine correspondence, and contributes to process improvements that enhance the overall educational experience.
Qualifications
- Training & Development / Training: Ability to support educational activities, coordinate training sessions, and assist with curriculum-related logistics.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with trainees, faculty, and administrative staff.
- Customer Service: Demonstrated commitment to responsive, professional support for learners, faculty, and internal partners.
- Administrative Assistance: Experience with scheduling, record-keeping, data entry, and general office operations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with office software and learning management or database systems; willingness to learn institution-specific tools.
