Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial Reporting Accountant. The position is located in Madison, WI, but some work from home is acceptable. The Financial Reporting Accountant will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards, and consolidating financial data. The role also involves providing key financial insights and analyses to support decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Finance
- Experience in Data Consolidation
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA certification is a plus
- Experience in higher education or non-profit sectors is beneficial
