Essential Functions
- Complete daily tasks and property walks with guidance from the Community Manager
- Keep grounds, common areas, and amenities clean and free of debris
- Assist with basic cleaning, light maintenance, and preparing units for new residents
Qualifications
- No formal experience required; prior cleaning or maintenance experience is a plus
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team
- Basic communication skills (phone, email, or apps)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work in a variety of conditions
