Air Duct Cleaning Technician (HVAC Experience a Plus)

Overview
We are a family-owned business with a friendly, family-oriented work environment, and we are looking for a reliable Air Duct Cleaning Technician to join our team full-time.
This position focuses mainly on air duct and dryer vent cleaning, with HVAC experience considered a bonus but not required. We provide full training in our company’s methods, equipment, and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional air duct and dryer vent cleaning
• Inspect duct systems and identify issues (dust buildup, leaks, mold concerns, airflow problems)
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining findings and recommendations
• Keep equipment, tools, and company vehicle clean and well-maintained
• Follow company safety guidelines and job-site procedures
• Assist with basic HVAC tasks when needed (for those with experience)
• Document work performed and materials used

Qualifications

• Experience in duct cleaning preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems is a plus, not required
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
• Good communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and tight areas
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

Pay Range

18$-25$ Hourly 2%-5% Commission on total daily sales.
