Support the Track Builder business objectives by maximizing the outside sales team member(s) efforts which include providing a multi-tasking process and procedure service. The successful employee is self-motivated, posse’s exceptional phone and follow-up skills, takes daily pride in the quality of work produced and is process and procedure driven. This employee also demonstrates leadership and problem resolution skills.

- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare window and door quotes and respond promptly to customer emails and requests.
- Maintain and update customer accounts and records.
- Work closely with operations, purchasing, and project management teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all order documentation is complete and submitted correctly.
- Monitor customer portals and provide timely follow-up on orders and changes.
- Maintain pricing information and assist with quoting for new projects and developments.
- Enter and maintain accurate job and customer information in company systems.
- Learn and maintain knowledge of company products and procedures.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and team members.
- Resolve issues professionally and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or order processing preferred.
- Prior experience quoting windows and doors is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with ERP, CRM, and vendor quoting software is a plus.
- Reliable, accountable, and customer-service oriented.
Salary : $45,000 - $49,000
