Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Marlborough, MA, for an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Implementation Expert. In this role, you will oversee and manage the implementation of ERP systems to enhance business operations and efficiency.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute an ERP re-implementation project in a live environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design system workflows.
- Configure ERP modules to meet business needs and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for data migration, reporting, and system customization.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with data security and integrity standards throughout the implementation process.
- Document processes, configurations, and best practices for future reference.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimization of ERP systems within the company.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP implementation and support.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (including query optimization, stored procedures, and database design).
- Strong understanding of ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing processes and ERP modules for production planning, inventory, and supply chain.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with data migration, integration, and reporting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and project management abilities.
- Knowledge of business process mapping and workflow automation.
- Spanish language proficiency is a plus
