Role Overview
We’re seeking a Social Media Manager & Brand Ambassador who lives and breathes content creation. This role is equal parts creator, community builder, and “boots on the ground” storyteller. You’ll be capturing moments in our offices, at closings, and during events — then editing, posting, and engaging with our audience in real time.
This is not a sit-behind-the-desk posting role. You’ll be out in the field, with your phone in hand, turning everyday moments into scroll-stopping content that reflects our people-first culture.
- Host and promote Content Days with agents, guiding them on camera and making them feel comfortable
- Capture behind-the-scenes footage at events, closings, and team activities
- Be regularly present at UT offices to film daily culture and client interactions
- Edit and repurpose content quickly so it’s posted while still timely
- Manage a content calendar and publishing schedule across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts
- Represent Universal Title at conferences and industry events, capturing content and engaging with attendees
- Assist in planning and executing events, ensuring marketing deliverables and coverage are handled smoothly
- Balance trending formats with professional, brand-aligned storytelling
- Engage with followers: respond to comments, DMs, and build a genuine sense of community
- Track performance insights, identify what’s working, and adjust strategy accordingly
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan monthly cadence and campaigns
What we're looking for
- Proficient in short-form video editing (CapCut, in-app tools)
- Strong design sense with Canva for quick, branded graphics
- Comfortable scheduling and managing content via Meta Business Suite or similar
- Confident filming and directing people on camera
- Active personal user of social media with knowledge of current trends and formats
- Strong grasp of platform algorithms (IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Creative thinker who can generate fresh campaigns and hooks
- Energetic, positive presence with excellent people skills
- Organized with calendars, deadlines, and consistent posting habits
- Experience managing a business or brand page (highly preferred)
- Reliable transportation to travel between UT offices

Salary range: $60,000 – $65,000, based on experience and qualifications
