ππ¨π¬π’ππ’π¨π§: RF Drive Test Engineer β (Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island)
ππ¨ππ: The candidate must be a USC, GC, or EAD holder and be able to travel and work across Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island as per project requirements. They must also be flexible to work extended hours in the field.
Prior RF Drive Test Engineer experience is preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Collect 5G/4G low-band and mid-band data using scanner, and provisioned UEs
- Perform 5G/4G stationary and mobility tests across the grid points within the clusters
- Synchronize UE and scanner measurements
- Use GPS navigation to locate sites and execute assigned KML-based drive routes
- Proficient in RF drive test tools such as TEMS Paragon, XCAL, NEMO
Requirement:
- Current or prior RF/RAN Field Engineering experience
- Willing to travel extensively and work independently for field activities.
- Experience with drive testing equipment and software, including data collection and troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of wireless technologies such as LTE, 5G, and RF/RAN engineering processes
