MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
- 25 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or a related analytical role
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements across multiple stakeholders
- Proven ability to create functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Experience developing process flow diagrams, wireframes, and system documentation
- Experience maintaining requirements traceability matrices and managing change logs
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including facilitating workshops and requirements sessions
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience acting as a liaison between business users and technical teams
- Experience analyzing current-state processes, conducting gap analysis, and defining future-state solutions
- Ability to recommend process improvements and identify automation opportunities
- Experience supporting change management and process standardization initiatives
- Experience supporting project managers in planning, execution, and monitoring of initiatives
- Experience participating in project status meetings and providing progress updates
- Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system implementations
- Ability to create training materials and support end-user adoption
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word)
- Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and decision-making abilities
SCOPE OF SERVICES
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across various departments
- Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Develop process flow diagrams, wireframes, and supporting system documentation
- Maintain requirements traceability matrices and manage requirement changes
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirements gathering sessions
- Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to diverse audiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Conduct gap analysis to support future-state design and solution implementation
- Recommend process improvements, automation opportunities, and optimization strategies
- Support project managers with planning, execution, and monitoring of business initiatives
- Participate in project status meetings and provide regular updates on progress
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system implementation activities
- Develop training materials and support user adoption of new systems and processes
