Universal Tank & Fabrication (UTF) is seeking a Continuous Improvement & Compliance Coordinator to join our manufacturing team in Dubuque, Iowa. This role will help drive Lean manufacturing initiatives, improve processes, support compliance requirements, and strengthen quality, safety, and audit readiness across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and support Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and process improvement initiatives
· Analyze operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support corrective actions
· Support compliance programs related to manufacturing operations, documentation, training, safety, and quality
· Maintain procedures, work instructions, records, and audit readiness documentation
· Partner with production, quality, safety, and leadership teams to drive sustainable improvements
What We’re Looking For
· Experience with Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or continuous improvement methods
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
· Familiarity with manufacturing compliance, audits, documentation control, and corrective action systems
· Ability to work collaboratively in a hands-on manufacturing environment
