What are the responsibilities and job description for the Int OPS & Plans Support SME position at Universal Strategy Group Inc?
USGI is seeking an International Operations and Plans Support SME to provide specialized expertise in supporting the Division’s international operations and planning efforts, particularly during high-demand periods such as SOF Week.
** This position is contingent upon contract award**
Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide planning expertise in support of planning and coordinating international engagement events, seminars, and conferences.
- Provide support to the management of operations section/center procedures to include but not limited to battle tracking, battle rhythm events and management.
- Assist in the development and preparation of briefings, presentation, after action reports, lessons learned and readouts of events.
- Assist in the coordination, planning and execution of international bilateral and multilateral engagements.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2 years’ experience working at a TSOC or higher-level command.
- 2 years’ experience planning and/or managing military operations.
- 1 year experience in a multinational environment. Experience can be military, academic, business, non-governmental organization, or with another agency of the US Government.
- Current DoD Secret clearance and eligible for SECRET access.
